OK, so we’re back. You will have noticed that there is a significant amount of material missing between the last post and now. Seems that broadband is indeed broad but not exactly freely available in Copenhagen. So in lieu of posting on a daily basis, I’ve written up the posts OFFLINE with the view to posting when we return. This will be happening in due course. Rather than flooding you all with numerous posts, I’ll be publishing these probably two per day, starting tomorrow. We’ve not thoroughly attended to the images yet, so once that’s done, I can include galleries.
And now the main goal is to self-publish a book on our travel. The blog was essentially meant to be the text for the book (glad that all who read it and enjoyed it, DID enjoy it) and to accompany all the writin’, we need some pictures. The trouble is this: we have almost 6000 images. Clearly, not all of these can go into a book, so there will be a fair amount of selection to get done, and then there will be a significant amount of image fixin’ and Photoshoppin’, colour management and the like. Oh, and key-wording…
6000 images…. what were we thinking… in case you’re wondering, that’s more than 100GB… That makes me need another holiday…. Thankfully, each image is a memory in itself, so each one will have to serve as its own very special mini-holiday…
