The trials of travel

So, no magnificent post today. No pictures to be shown either. For this I apologise. However, I sit here at Cape Town International Duty Free area typing this, planning and plotting the days and weeks ahead.

Alongside me I have a small but sturdy bag filled with primed and ready-to-go camera gear that will be lugged around the European cities of Prague, Stockholm and Copenhagen. I have a notebook computer with me, and with all this tech and the wonder of the interwebz, I’ll be bringing you what I see.

The idea is that the blog posts will be done on a regular basis, and these, together with the images we shoot, will be used to self-publish a book of our travel through Blurb.com.

That’s the idea. It’s ambitious, seeing as there is so much to see and do, but somehow, we’ll make it work.

See you soon. TxT

So I see you managed to take your cats (or at least cat) with you.

Yes, Simba will be our trip mascot. Look out for him, soon appearing at a shoe shop near you!
